At the meeting, held on November 28, 2013, topical issues of implementing the rights of persons with disabilities, problem points regarding their social protection and ways of regulating the most critical problems were discussed.

Participants of the meeting paid attention to the fact that persons with disabilities community is mostly concerned with closing state assistance programmes for NGOs enterprises and narrowing the rights of persons with disabilities in the sphere of professional orientation, job placement, employment, and provision with means of rehabilitation.
